Hands Full of Health

After years of struggling with my lower back, I was very fortunate to be introduced to Gitte. The first time I needed treatment I could barely walk. After only two treatments I felt rebuilt! All I can say is I would encourage anyone to visit Gitte, she is gentle, caring and understands what is best for each individuals needs.

I have been visiting Gitte for around 2 years now, with ongoing lower back pain that I have been suffering with for the last 15 years.

I have visited various others such as chiropractors and sport massage therapist in the past but with no success at all.

Since seeing Gitte I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my movement and my pain has most certainly lessened, although I will always suffer with this condition it really is a god send to know that I have Gitte to help me.

I did get to a point before meeting Gitte of no hope.

I went to see Gitte Pedersen after suffering sciatica for several weeks and being at my wits end.   I had never been to an osteopath before and didn’t really know what to expect.   Gitte put me at ease instantly and was so calm, friendly and gentle.   I had several sessions with her and slowly the pain and spasms subsided.  Now I know if I have been over zealous in the garden or lifted something wrongly I only have to go back to Gitte and one session sorts it all out.   I have recommended Gitte to other friends who have had back pain and all have been really positive and pleased with the result.

I first discovered Osteopathy approx 18 months ago, when after suffering with persistent back and shoulder pain, I went to see Gitte. I had undergone the usual chiropractic treatment on and off for some while and I had also tried the Bowen Technique which worked well initially but neither treatment completely sorted out my shoulder problem. Gitte however, identified the problem straight away and much to my relief, had me fit and pain free within weeks. Osteopathy works very well for me, I have a very busy and active job, but I find that having a ‘maintenance’ treatment every 8 weeks or so, keeps me discomfort free.

I have been visiting Gitte for coming up three years for various different treatments including sciatica, neck pain and digestive problems. Gitte is very professional and at the same time very caring, I feel that her sole focus is ensuring well being of her patients. Gitte also treats various members of my family including my four year old son who has been a patient since he was a year old. I have complete faith and trust in Gitte and cant recommend her enough 🙂

I went to see Gitte when experiencing an episode of Sciatica, which I had suffered from for some time. I had some treatment carried out and found this to ease my discomfort enormously. I now have much less episodes of pain and more freedom of movement. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gitte for Osteopathic treatment and found her professional, friendly and approachable.
